02About DANTA-Med
DANTA-Med is an AI clinical scribe that turns consultations into structured digital patient records. The Website provides general information about DANTA-Med and a way to request demonstrations, pilot programs, and deployments.
Access to the DANTA-Med clinical scribe service (the "Service") is provided to healthcare facilities under a separate written agreement. If there is any conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the agreement governs use of the Service.

- Notes, summaries, translations, and codes generated by DANTA-Med are drafts. They may contain errors or omissions.
- Licensed clinicians must review, edit where needed, and approve every note before it is saved to a patient record or relied upon for care.
- The treating clinician and healthcare facility remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions and for the accuracy and completeness of patient records.
Content on the Website is for general information only and should not be treated as medical or legal advice.
